The Calabash Resorts is and intimate well-run family owned property of Mediterranean architecture built in 1986 by Roma Chin-Sue, owner of the internationally acclaimed CALABASH RESTAURANT which opened its doors in 1971 and is the "on Property" Restaurant serving up delicious Jamaican and International meals to hotel guests.
